Tender documents with full details are obtainable from the Institute between 10.00
a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on payment of tender fees as mentioned above by cash only on all
working days (except Sunday, National Holiday and 2nd / 4th Saturday) from
05/12/2011 To 20/12/2011 The due date for receipt of tender is 20/12/2011
at 15.30 Hrs
Technical bids (Part I) will be opened on 21/12/2011 at 10.30 Hrs. The Price bids
(Part II) of technically accepted bidders will be opened separately and shall be
communicated the date and time of opening of price bid.
Bidders can also download the tender documents from IDEMI's website www.idemi.org
or www.msmetdcmumbai.org and submit the downloaded tender documents alongwith requisite
tender fees by Demand Draft in favour of IDEMI, Mumbai, failing which the tender
will not be accepted.
IDEMI will not responsible for postal or any other delay and Principal Director
reserve the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons.
